Nashua Kia replaced my snow tires with my regular tires in April 2018. They accidentally gave me someone else’s tire that I did not realize happened until I moved late last summer. When I presented them with this issue they basically told me that there is nothing that they could do even though this was their fault. Stay away from this dealership and service department since they don’t stand behind their work. Time to find a Kia dealer who values their customer for my service and sales needs. Recently I had a very unpleasant experience leasing a 2018 Sportage from Nashua Kia. To their defense if they had asked me to rate my experience on the day I signed the lease paperwork with them I would have given them an 8/10 at that point.
