I like my Kia, that is where it ends. Go to a different Kia dealership if you're interested inbuying a car though. Still waiting to get our 2nd key 5 days later. Sent email to General Manager about concerns over the entire experience have still not received a response. They left customer information (Drivers licenses, etc.) lying around for anyone to see. We will NEVER go back.

This place doesn’t care about the customer experience. I’ve had my car serviced by them a few times and it’s been a fairly good experience but the last couple of times have been awful. I brought my car back again and is clear to me that they don’t care about their customers so I will NEVER go back to them again! Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer for service since this place is just awful!!!!! #nashuakia #badcustomerservice #neveragain #dontcareaboutcustomer
