What a train wreck of a dealership! I bought a Kia Rio on 7-25-20. Purchasing the car was the easy part. It took them 5 days to fax the necessary paperwork to my insurance company although I called them twice to have it faxed. The last time I called about the paperwork Ian raised his voice to me all annoyed. I picked up the car 7-30-20 and immediately upon leaving the lot I noticed the tire pressure light was on. Great staff and excellent service department! great place to find your next vehicle!! highly recommend!
I have a lease through Kia. Took the service department 3 months to find an oil leak, and it was a pretty significant leak. It ruined my brand new driveway. I contacted corporate and never heard back from them either. I would not recommend as service doesn’t really care about issues or gaining return customers.

Lisa, I spoke to you yesterday and told you I was going to try and get Kia to cover repairs of your driveway under warranty which would be the first I have heard of any manufacturer doing but still said I would give it a try for you. But you came in April with a leaking drain plug which we replaced you said you came in June as well but were unable to tell me when so I could find out why there were no RO's written for your vin in June you said we replaced the drain plug again. Its been SIX weeks since i drive off the lot—- yet STIILL no paperwork. They are avoiding my calls as well as my insurance companies! I believe 6 weeks is extremely patient.. im reporting to the better business bureau with a draft of the past six weeks and the terrible(or lack of) customer service. Oh and I forgot to me mention, they aold me a car that doesn’t have a title
My husband bought a car on May 23 2020 we are still waiting for them register the car in Massachusetts. I understand the Covid but does not take three months to get the car registered I have had to call numerous times to find out what’s going on with my car I don’t find out till 3-4 weeks later that the registry bounced it back to them.
