Very pleasant personnel. I entered an office with fresh coffee and snacks. I was already in heaven. I had a bit of a wait as doctor was involved in a procedure. I did get upset, but once I met Dr. Khaled Shahrour I was pleasantly surprised. He was so attentive and actually asked a lot of questions relating to my health. I felt extremely comfortable with him and the service he provided. I left there feeling good about my condition and secure that I had found the right doctor. All that and good coffee too.
From the time we walk in we are greeted and taken care of Dr. K takes his time with us he explains everything answer all our questions.
He is a wonderful doctor.. very helpful and listens. If I was just reviewing him I would give him 5 stars but I can't refer him because it is so difficult to get an appt with him. His office appears to have a big problem with scheduling properly. The day of my appt. they called me an hour and a half prior to reschedule...then the day my appt was rescheduled they came out an made an announcement in the office that he was running over an hour and a half behind. This wasn't an isolated incident either..these scheduling issues h... read more
