Waiting on a telehealth appointment for 60 minutes. Called office and was told he is running late. The Dr wasn’t even in the office yet. This is unacceptable to have appointment at 8:40am and still not be seen over an hour later.

I have been with Dr. Shahrour for almost 8 months now and have found him to be very experienced, professional and caring. He follows up with me and is responsive to my needs and questions.
He is an exceptional Surgeon. I can’t say enough about him. He gave me a second chance to live.

Arrived 10 mins early. Told he’s running behind and the receptionist laughed as she made the announcement to the waiting room and said “if you’ve been here before, you know it!” Taken to exam room 34 mins past appt time. Been waiting over two hours last appt time and no DOCTOR. NEVER come here again. No respect for your time as I have an earned doctorate and am more considerate of others schedules than this practice.

Dr. Shahrour performed Green Light Laser Transurethral Resection of The Prostate on my husband for urinary retention. My husband woke from his surgery free of pain and had no after effects. Within a few weeks returned to full urinary function. We are so pleased and grateful to Dr. Shahrour.
