Dr. Do and his staff have been great to me during this difficult time in my health journey. They’re very responsive and accommodating. Paperwork is done in a timely manner. This clinic is the most racist place ever my sister goes here and the so called medical assistant acts like she is the dr always putting patients on hold and when it comes to calling office she has waited more than 30 minutes waiting on hold for an appointment and when she finally answered the call she said she wrote her name date of birth and phone number she was gonna call her back to schedule an appointment. On 7/16:25 i called my friends dr office and a young lady amswer i Proceeded to let her know i was calling in behalf my friend who is an established patient was give another patient’s lab order needed to have the correct one and changed the appointment since she didnt have the blood work done..she was rude yelling over the phone telling about hippa violation if she gave me patients health information.. so i decided to to go to office with my friend and i was greeted by to nice girls in front amd a lady from back goes and tel... read more
