The food was not as tasty as it was before,and the prices have gone up considerably. I prefer Publix fried chicken much more.
I'll assume customer service is not important since the attendant just stared at me instead of saying hi or asking what id like to order. However I got my food it was good.
Just ordered chicken wings at Loudon location with help of Tyler on register who also was training. Was very knowledgeable & very polite with customers. Ask him about prices with wings with& without sides. He informed me precisely with confidence!! Recommend more people like Tyler as your employees. My complaint is most of time ate not trained well enough to do his job right. Not fair to not let him progress up the ladder due to stupidity people so Pl consider him for better positions available.
