The customer service was poor. We ordered food at the drive-thru. The man taking the order rushed us. Then they told us to pull to the front and wait for the food. My husband had to walk inside to receive the order. One of the items we ordered was fried pickles. We received 5 small pickles. The amount was not correct. Overall, the food was hot and good. The grilled chicken bucket is a go to for me. Love the mac an cheese. Wish they had more suace.
They keep messing up my orders. The last time I got all dark meat chicken. The time before, they forgot my biscuits and a side. They also take forever to get the order ready.
