Read their other reviews on Google and elsewhere. This company should be shut down. Horrible experience. The worst landlord I have ever encountered!

KPMM has done several repairs throughout my home over the past 8 years. From simple kitchen drain repair to hot water heater replacement they have always been prompt, professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. Their dedication and commitment to exceptional customer service makes them an asset to the Lehigh Valley.
The office people are really unprofessional when I had to talk to them. The emergency number doesn't work. Only good part are the guys doing the repairs at the apartment I live at. I wish my landlord never went with these guys. Also there were other negative reviews on here and now they are gone.

Of note we would like to also mention that on previous emergency calls from you they were responded to promptly by the owner of the company who happened to be on call at the time. He made sure that all was taken care of promptly for you and when he could not resolve the problem immediately he had brought you an alternative heat source until the situation was resolved.
