I don't recommend living here as a renter, maybe as condo owner. The rules are much stricter., often, there's no one at the entrance. Moving in was amess because management doesn't respond to emails and it's impossible to communicate with them. Pets aren't allowed if you're a renter, which doesn't make much sense because the rent isn't cheap. should be the condo owner's decision
