I bought my first truck from Rick Keyser in 1995. Since then my wife and I have bought many new and used vehicles from Keyser Chevrolet and i can't say enough good things about the super great service we "ALWAYS " get from them from the showroom thru the service department.
Purchased two used vehicle's from them in the last six months. They have been very good to deal with.
Brandon was amazing. Did everything he could to get me out of my Jeep lease early and into a new Equinox at a fraction of the price. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Great customer service. With so many dealerships in the area, that is a huge plus for return business!
Bought a used truck, nothing but problems since buying it including the transmission. Now back in the shop again. Neither myself nor any of my family will ever be back. Born and raised in Reese. Try to keep business locally. Forget about it now. Don't buy from here.
We stopped in on a Holiday Weekend close to closing time and Grant still took the time to discuss things with us and did not rush us into a decision. Very happy with the service we received through the whole process of leasing our truck! I ❤️ our new Silverado! Thanks Grant and The Keyser Team!

Keyser Chevrolet seemed like a great place. Speedy at getting things together, only to advise me that I was wasting their time since I was working with a different dealership. I received an email this morning that made the final decision to deal with Draper Chevrolet. I was appalled by the rudeness and unprofessional attitude I received, especially in the follow up email. "Thank You" Keyser Chevrolet for making my decision that much easier. I have posted the email in the comments for you to review.
