Brandon Carbeno was fantastic...really everyone over there at Keyser from the new car manager to our F & I gal (Darcey) were amazing. Brandon really went above and beyond for us to get us, not only did he get us approved but at a better pmt and rate than we anticipated. I have never had a dealership that has treated me like yours has. I have had nothing but the absolute best service anyone could ask for. starting with the sales person on down the line to the service department which is the best i have ever seen. the reason i say this is because they treat me like a valued guest not a number. they are personable and professional. i can honestly say i dont think i would ever buy a vehicle from any other dealership.
Sally is the best. Have purchased 2 vehicles from her now and have sent our friends to her also. They are very friendly and helpful.
