I had a repair on my lease with Burt Watson in Reese. They got me in the next day. Although the repair took longer than predicted, the service department kept me notified of the delay with updates. They handled the appointment professionally.
While cars have been in for oil changes, I've asked them to look at several minor repairs. The staff has always been very knowledgeable and helpful and able to repair (usually on the spot).
Always first class experience. They back up what they say! Sally has been our sales rep for many years. More to come!!
my new car of course! Daryl is an amazing salesperson, he helped me find a car I can afford. Time is very important to me, I do not enjoy spending 4-6 hours in a dealers and that did not happen. Daryl had me.in and out on 2.5 hours, which I must say is a record for me! I would love to have a different color, but that's life, not many choices. I was treated very good, employees were very nice and accommodating. Sally made sure I came back to do the final cleaning and inspection of my vehicle. She was very informative with the vehicle, which made it a lot easier than reading the instruction manual.
Service was excellent even with them being busy .
