Andruw Thompson is the best. Went in and kinda knew what I wanted and what I wanted on my new car, in a few hours after test driving and everything I am very satisfied
they took care of me right away, checked everything out in a timely matter, and were very nice and considerate to us.
My boyfriend came in to get service on his car Tuesday and for us to potentially look at a new certified pre owned vehicle. While everyone on the sales floor was great to him The dark haired older girl in the office was rude as he was paying for his service and also when he called later on to speak to service with some questions. She should not be working with customers with the attitude she has.normally companies pride themselves on there customer service and it seems as though Burt watson is slacking on that quality lately... read more
