Annoyed that I can’t even make a large purchase with this place even though I have more than enough funds in my account. To top it off you can’t reach them by phone on the weekends either. Seriously done with this branch.
I love them! They are there for you not just as a customer but as a person! They go above and beyond to help us locals, especially after the hurricane!
Suffice it to say I'd rather pay a higher interest rate than use this establishment. Unorganized and poor customer service. I've be a credit union member with other places since the age of 15 and have never seen such ineptitude.
The past few months have been tough for us all. I just want to thank you for helping as much ad you have. We have refinanced our car loan and got a very helpful relief loan. I don't know what we would have done without your help!! Thank you!!!!!
I have never in all the years living in key west seen such devastation.Giselle in the loan department went above and beyond to make sure i was happy and reached out to me in regards to anything i may need during these trying times. Thankful for keys federal! They are my go to for any financial need. Giselle in the loan department has always helped make the process smooth and very quick. When I refinanced my vehicle they offered me a better competitive rate, and Giselle offered me a credit card along with it! Thanks keys federal!
