Negative experience filing a dispute with KFCU’s dispute center. The representative basically told me “we can’t do anything even if you never receive your merchandise...just be careful with buying stuff from fraudulent sites”...thank you? Had I known it was a fraudulent site I never would have bought anything but thank you for that advice. 😏

How I love Keys Fed! Recently, they caught a fraudulent charge and blocked it before it went through. (BOA never did that for me..) Not only that, but they were there for me and helped me after Irma left me homeless, and promptly, too.

They are always nice and friendly
For those that are self employed, independent contractors, small business owners, (and you can prove your income) etc. Keys Federal just got my PPP/SBA loan approved and i just finished signing my docs. I was in process before when the money ran out, but I just got the email from her with my docs and I'll have the funds within 24 hours. Great local, personal, friendly home town bank
Very slow clearing checks. Debit cards occasionally don't work, even though there's money in the account. My husband and I really wanted to support a local bank, but we plan to return to Bank of America as soon as we can. Very disappointed.
