We were on vacation in an Airbnb and heard a pop outside while the power went out. We immediately called Keys Energy Services and within 15 minutes, a service truck arrived. The problem was at a transformer down the block that was shorted out because of palm tree intrusion. Within 30 minutes, a bucket truck arrived and restored power to our Airbnb promptly. I wish we had Keys Energy up in Chicgoland (where we are from). If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thank you Keys Energy!!!
Keys Energy Customer Service personal in the office are the worst I have ever dealt with.. I got my bill for Sept 15th. thru October 17th. totaling 105.00, our power was restored October 9th. For 8 days they are charging us 105.00, and they rudely informed me they were not doing any power adjustments on any electric bills. They changed out the meter yesterday and of course said there was nothing wrong with the meter, and also informed me they did not read my meter the previous month, but my bill was nearly 100.00 for previou... read more
