Why don;t you hire more customer service personnel? Every time I call I am made to leave a message and wait for a call back. that is not "customer service" This is not occasionally- but each and every time I call. As for the electric "service" provided, i have no complaints. Please hire more people.

$95 to shut off your electricity and $95 to turn it back on is an unconscionable abuse of the monopoly that is Keys Energy. My bank records showed that my check was cashed the very day of the shut off. Leaving me to believe they had possession of the check BEFORE they shut off the power. It takes at least a day to cash a check

It is hard to believe that a company can get away with being so incompetent and still operate in business. Having such poor customer relations and bad policies that are not customer friendly only makes me want to look elsewhere for our electric, which we can't since it is our only option. They cannot even put a comment page on there web site. The web site is one of the worst I have experienced.
