RecommendedDr Wagstaff and Cameo Hehe are very caring, thorough physicians. They both can help you with emergencies and also family practice issues. They have treated my family from age 3-59. Everyone at KWUC are very friendly and there to help. I highly recommend Key West Urgent Care on Government Rd. and Flagler Ave.
the front desk staff is very rude...I wouldnt expect much...I walked out.
NICE STAFF AND VERY CLEAN
Had a severe ear infection. Pulled into the parking lot was greeted by receptionist just arriving to work. As we walked inside I was taken in immediately as they noticed that I was in severe pain. The DO examined me and explained the cause of the severity of my infection. Gave me a prescription and eardrops which I am so thankful for as one day after I am a new person. Their care and expedience is above reproach. Thank you KWUC

I didn't get past the nasty receptionist. I went in because I fell on my wrist. My whole lower arm is bruised and painful. I was told to get it checked out. The nasty receptionist asked me to fill out two sheets of paper. I told her that my arm and hand hurt too much but she insisted. I painfully leaned on the counter and tried to write. Another person came in and Ms Nasty told me to go into the waiting room and fill them out. I told her that I was incapable of writing with a clipboard on my lap. I always felt well-cared for at KW Urgent Care but the change to a single practitioner has upped the care immensely. Dr. Wagstaff is personable and takes the time to listen! He respects my own research and intuitions about my well-being, providing his professional knowledge and support. It feels good to have a primary care physician so qualified.
