The team at Key Toyota were excellent. From scheduling to arrival and check in to recommendations for fixing things. Super easy and straightforward. Regina was very kind and super helpful. They even have a shuttle ! Thank you!
I scheduled to have new rear brake pads installed; called a week prior to make the appointment. I show up at the scheduled time and 2 hours later get a text message of other recommended services and to let me know they have to order the break pads….: even though they knew a weak ago the reason for the appointment. This place is a constant disappointment. Previously I scheduled service and called to confirm the day before and was told the service department is closed until further notice.. “we meant to call you”.
Donny saved my Bluetooth connection for me. Great patience!! Thank you.
Chris, Julie, and Camila were amazing! I brought my wife’s set of keys in because they were not working from distance to lock and unlock my truck. They helped me out with no wait, no hesitation, switched out the battery in my keys, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great service, great people; I highly recommend you bringing your car here for service!
The Toyota manager here is AMAZING! She helped me with information regarding services done on my third party bought used Toyota that no one else was giving.Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction!
