AMAZING experience with buying my 1ST Toyota, and the service department provides excellent service as well. Thank you for being attentive + reasonable.
Service Dept absolutely useless. In early February I completed an online service request, no response. I called this morning to make a service call for early March, after spending a 1/2 hour with the representative and having to send a copy of the VIN#, no response. Calling again to follow up I spoke to a representative that said “I think we are book on service thru March” if their customer service is anything like their automotive service I would not want to take my Toyota to Key West Toyota for service.
Seat frames make obnoxious squeaking noise when you lean into the seat. Known issue on new Toyota Sequoia’s & Tundras. The first time I asked for help with this I was told “you don’t want us doing that repair here, our shop is outdoors & too dirty”. Brought it back as the noise got worse, the service manager Alan communicated through my advisor “we don’t work on upholstery”.
