Zero stars that takes them 5 min to do this. I'm now going to buy the computer to clear codes in vehicles and charge them nothing just so people don't get taken advantage of. Also, adding a fee for using credit card is double dipping. Adding a fee on bill and also using those for tax write off. Zero stars.

I learned Ford purchased Kia of key west when we called for a apt. Kia is the place we would take our jeep for service. Kia under the new ownership no longer works on jeeps and sent us to this Ford dealership. Which they wanted roughly $200 dollars for the same service I was paying $90 at Kia. Which is a oil change and tire rotation. Talk about a rip off. I would rather spend 20 in fuel and drive to the mainland. To the credit of the Ford service manager.
