Desepcionante ,perdi un dia de trabajo para ir a llebar mi f150 por un llamado a revision del fabricante para actualizar el software y cambiar un pasador ,nunca hicieron nada,me entregaro el auto sin explicacion y mi camara tracera continua sin funcionar ,dijeron que era un problema electronico y no cubrian eso ,tampoco cambiaron el pasador
We were told on phone from service dept. that our 2 1/2 year old 2023 Acadia (23,000 miles odo) would be covered under warranty because it shudders when shifting between 1-2 & 3-4 gears. We drove over 40 miles to dealership, to be told it would NOT be under warranty! Will NEVER again recommend the Key West GM service!
$290 to keep a vehicle for half the day and to clear codes due to me changing out the AUX battery so the start/stop feature can quit screwing up other systems as well. Zero stars that takes them 5 min to do this. I'm now going to buy the computer to clear codes in vehicles and charge them nothing just so people don't get taken advantage of. Also, adding a fee for using credit card is double dipping. Adding a fee on bill and also using those for tax write off. Zero stars.
