Paying 220,00 for a diagnosis when the mechanic didn’t follow through with my requests to inspect power source and pulley magnetic connection before telling me that I need to replace the condenser and lines for $2,000. He claims it is only due to no refrigerant. I’m guessing to avoid the specific diagnosis because it’s to time consuming. People in sales need to be more agresivo if they really want to sell cars I reach the chat online twice and the told me someone will reach me out days past and no one contact me , I call dealer yesterday and spoke with some sales guys and I ask him to reach me today and guess what no one even try yet ! How you guys stay in bussiness with this poor customer service
