Ever Since I rang the bell to enter this store it has been my pleasure to invest in many pieces of jewelry from classic designs to very modern Barb is very helpful and to watch her show on Thursday is much fun and helpful to see jewelry in person I rate this store a Gem 10
Amazing customer service and gorgeous pieces ❤️
Not a comfortable shopping experience. The owner is not friendly and starts telling you rules the minute you walk in. Then she follows you around asking you what you want exactly- she obviously doesn’t understand the concept of browsing before you buy. They probably have nice things but she seems like she just wants people to leave the store. She would probably be better off hiring a nice sales associate that understands customer service.
