Incredible!!! The frozen pie on a stick is insane! Had a great experience!
I’m so disappointed once again. We ordered pies for Easter that arrived melted due to not enough dry ice. I was told My money would be refunded and another shipment sent. It took months of me calling and messaging for this to happen. It has now happened again with my Christmas order. I was told my money would be refunded 4 days ago and it hasn’t happened. Stopped by Dec 23rd middle of afternoon, 12 people in line and one lost looking employee. Did not want to wait who knows how long. Plus all the Sweet Petes candy is on afterthought looking shelving and displays, looks like not much thought into it , sorta the same issue Marcus had with it before. Do yourself a favor and go across the street, small hole in the wall key lime pie on a stick, tasted outstanding and zero wait time.
Went into the store and their employee was sitting there texting on her phone, didn’t acknowledge us. No one said hello or greeted us, so after a while we just left. How do these people stay in business with employees like that?
