Just came back from the store on Greene St in Key West. This is the very best key lime pie I ever had! ! Creamy and not with that overbearing tartness the others have. The right degree of tartness. Can't wait to go back! Awesome!

The pie is served too cold (making it seem hard) and the crust is too crunchy and coarse. The whipped topping has an odd look and flavor. I have had much better locally. The recipe still needs some tweaking. I was a little disappointed with the pie, but the store looks fantastic. The employees were also very friendly.
