Key West Grill is a regular stop on our annual trip in October for about 10 years. We have NEVER had a bad experience. Service is always outstanding, even though it is off season. Food is always A-1. We are never disappointed.
Have been going here for years, never had a bad experience! Service is excellent, food is amazing, atmosphere is great! That said we tend to go outside of peak season to avoid the crowds. Well worth every $ spent :)
Eat there every time I come to Myrtle. Best food there in my opinion. Bring back the mushroom fries!! :) Thank you for the excellent food and service!
Today, we were very disappointed. The pizza tasted no better than a frozen pizza you would get at Chuck E Cheeses. The Caribbean chicken bowl had hardly any chicken and was bland at best. The Cubano sandwich tasted like cardboard. We waited 40 minutes for our food at a none busy time of the day. The only thing good about the dining experience was our helpful waiter and the sweet tea. We will never eat here again.
It used to be good. But this ruined my birthday. Waitress was nice but my mojito tasted like it was a mix with fake sugar, rather than real simple syrup. The fish I had was dry and not what it said it was. The fish could have been cooked more. Atmosphere sucks no music and a lot of talking. Ruined my birthday as I chose this from a past okay experience because of the location and options I thought were available. Choose a more fun place like margaritaville.
Place is a dump. I ordered a well done burger and it came out raw. Absolutely disgusting. It was ice cold in the middle. People get sick from that. Who is checking the food before it comes out. Obviously no one

Was a very disappointing experience. Terrible service and my food was under cooked and it took s very long time to get out dinners.
One of servers is Jimmy and is amazing!!! ...very clean, great service, and food to match! Had available seating during busy time instead of 2hr waits at many other restaurants ...great service and food what more can you ask for!!
