If I could give them 0 stars I would. We were today 20 minutes to be seated and we waited 45 minutes while others after us had been seated. It took 15 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us. We ordered 3 appetizers and our meals, half an hour later she brought only one appetizer and told us they were out of the others. At this point we still hadn't even gotten silverware. We got up complained to the Manager and walked out after 2 hours and no meals. NEVER AGAIN!
Loved it! First time eating here. Celebrated my daughters 9th Birthday and had lunch here. We will be back.
We had the best service this past Sunday! We came in with 2 adults & 3 children. Our food was taking quite a while, and we were starting to get nervous about time, as we had plans later. We hadn't yet mentioned our concerns to our server when he came out with our food, apologizing for the wait, saying he knew we had places to be. Absolutely awful in every sense. Long wait for a waiter to show to up, long wait for drinks and food. When I asked for an appetizer, the waiter told me that it would make the wait for our food longer. The waiter did not even say hello or address us upon coming to our table. Food was completely over priced, food tasted, for lack of a better word, disgusting. Slow service. Only 4 tables in the whole restaurant and only saw our waiter twice. Once when ordering and once when delivering the food. Not worth the price.
I love Key West Grill our service was excellent and so was our food it's one of my favorite spots in Broadway at the Beach! Their she crab soup is really good and so is the escargot. I had broiled grouper that's was cooked and seasoned just right
A very nice place to enjoy good food. We sat out on the deck and had a great view of the water and speedboats. Service was great! I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and thought it was quite tasty. Will definitely go back. 👍🏻
Had lunch here today with the family for the first time. I can tell you this, it won't be our last either. Great food and service was also. Thank you for a delightful meal.
The waitress was rude and the pizza tasted like something that a bowling alley would provide for a children's birthday party. The waitress even had the gall to start to argue when I asked for my pizza to be cooked a bit longer as it had the consistency of a wet paper towel. Everyone else in our party enjoyed their food, but the pizza was abysmal. 2/10, would not recommend.
