Fantastic happy hour we look forward to going back
I come to Myrtle Beach at least twice a year and everytime Key West Grill is a must!! Our server Jordan was amazing. She was so kind and helpful. The food was so delicious I had to come back today before I got on the road to come home.. I was sad that they weren't open yet but I will see them in two months when I come back...

Had a terrible waiter who kept the cash from our bills. Took forever to bring food and drinks and even messed up our order 3 times. Just flat horrible.
Well we didn't get service. Sat there for over 25 mins. Nothing. Then they brought 2 men out and then waitress waited on them. We finally got up and left. Told hostess she did nothing. They lost our business. Went to Charley's got waited on fast and food was good. Waitress was really nice and on top of her game.
Food was excellent all around. Service was very slow.
Save your money and do not eat here. We had great service but the food was just gross and not good quality at all. This place is over priced and clearly is trying to serve the tourists.
We loved the food but our waitress was very rude! My daughter, grand-daughter and I ate there last night. We will give it a try again because of the food. I never want my grand-daughter to think it is ok to be rude to anyone. We remained nice although we were not treated with the same respect. My advice to this waitress would be to be nice to those who are tipping us. I left 10% the smallest tip I have ever left. I really shouldn't have left anything but I just couldn't be rude.
