Recently purchased a Chevrolet Traverse. The sales manager Fernando was amazing! Everyone in there was so helpful including Tom the financing guy. I believe George was out salesman. Couldn't ask for a better car buying experience!! Highly recommend
We own a 2023 Acadia, 23,000 odo, 2 years old. The problem was shuddering when shifting 1-2 & 2-3. Gave vin info. We talked before appt to be assured it would be warranty covered. Drove 40 miles to their service department. Was then told that it wouldn’t be covered!! Left w/o having serviced. VERY disappointed!! Would have rated it ZERO if able.
