I discovered Key West Aloe years ago during a visit to Key West. I instantly fell in love with their sun products!! My skin didn't burn for the first time in the Florida sun!! I loved the products so much that I ended having more delivered to me later on. I can't say enough good thins about their products!! Love, love,love!!❤
The key lime shampoo and conditioner made my naturally curly hair soft and not frizzy. The shampoo and conditioner smells wonderful! Highly recommend!
I was in Key West a few wks ago and got really sun burnt. I stumbled upon the shop on Duval St. & the Too Cool aloe spray SAVED MY LIFE! I only bought the small bottle bc of TSA regulations but as soon as I got back home, jumped online & bought the big bottle! I honestly don't know what I would've done w/o this aloe spray-I was so burnt and sore I could not even squeeze any lotion or aloe onto my skin, never mind rub it in! Ordered products online . The under eye gel arrived damaged and the gel had leaked out. I called their customer service line twice and have not had a call back . They don’t have their own customer service ! They contract out with an answering service which cannot assist you ! It’s ridiculous ! I will never order anything from them again . It’s too bad as I ordered often and I recognize this damage could have happened in transit but regardless . Ignoring the call is unacceptable !
