Kendall evaluated the property and given the competition and our desire to sell rather quickly, she recommended a complete renovation. We worked with Kendall as our buyer’s agent when we closed on a FSBO property (meaning she didn’t represent us). Sharing that should count for a lot when I say she truly was amazing to work with! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, timely.... so many appropriate adjectives to describe the experience. I look forward to buying my next property in Florida knowing I have a great agent to use. My only complaint, seriously, is that I haven’t gotten to meet her in person yet!
