Bought a duplex four years ago. The property manager, Melissa, has been fantastic! She’s kept the property full 98% of this time span. Any repairs needed she has had completed at a very reasonable rate. I consider myself very fortunate to be using Key Real Estate Advisors! Trust them to the Nth degree!
Dan and Key Real Estate work hard to have the best team and take care of their landlords and tenants. I rented a condo at the Cove at Six Mile Cypress for 12 months and if I wasn't moving out of state I would have likely renewed my lease. The experience I had during the move out was exceptional. Melissa, the property manager, is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. She is very easy to get along with and very pleasant! After working with some very inefficient realty companies I was very jaded. When my tenant unexpectedly left and I had to find a new one, I contacted Key Real Estate and have been more than pleased. The staff are great. In particular, Crissy is wonderful. She has worked with me tirelessly to get our house tenant ready and then some. She is very efficient and keeps me in the loop on any issues. She is also very responsive to my many requests and is always a pleasure to work with. Keep up the great work!
We had just recently rented a place in Fort Myers through Key Real Estate Advisors. A few weeks later, while we were still moving things in, Hurricane Ian hit Florida. Our unit had received significant lower level water damage, just like many, many others here in Florida. Key Real Estate is awful. I would not recommend anyone doing any business with them at all. If you choose to do any business with them make sure you document everything. I would also recommend you have council review anything that needs your signature. This company does not operate in good faith and will try to take everything from you if they can.
