I showed up 15 minutes late to a 1 PM appt. and needed to be to work by 3. I thought it was just an oil change but it included a rotation. I expressed my concern and apologized because it is my own fault for not understanding the service I signed up for, but also being late. The manager overheard and after we had a delightful conversation, he put his fastest guy on the job, and got me out of there just in time to make it to work on time.
