Will try to cheat you on trade-in value. Without even having a mechanic look at it, they told me my vehicle needed $8,000 in repairs. The amount they offered was $16,000 less than the actual trade-in value. I'm not sure if they were trying to pull a fast one or if they messed up the numbers, but they acted like a stereotypical sleazy car dealer.
It was easy to drop off my vehicle and then receive a text when it was ready. The real test will be next oil change when I wait with the car.
Horrible and unethical. Price on the GMC website and dealers website not honored. Click start buying process and I am told thats not the real price. So I can agree to the price and complete a credit application?? Many better dealers. I was willing to purchace today and made that clear!
