Irina was very helpful finding the vehicle my family and I needed for the right price. I recommend buying a car at Key GMC of Rochester.
I take my vehicle there for service like oil changes but as far as warranty works goes ..no.sucess. They did warranty work on my vehicle and I had to take it to a different dealership to have fixed correctly. I still need warranty work done but Key never has a loaner / rental available. So unfortunately I will have to take my vehicle elsewhere.
Great experience, we drove away with what we wanted and Key GMC moved mountains to help us do it.
Overall I love my new truck but I had an issue with the Apple CarPlay not working. I worked with a Technician named Brandon who stuck with the problem and got it fixed. Great guy. I plan on requesting him for all my service visits.
