After a white-knuckle drive across the 280 bridge with a shattered sunroof, Kim in the Body Shop was kind, helpful and sympathetic. Kevin gave the best professional advice as he always does, and Chris did a wonderful job cleaning out broken glass so I could drive home without concern.
