Kevin’s dedication extends beyond typical property management duties. He noticed that the branches of a front yard tree were growing too long and nearly touching the roof. He promptly sent us a notice, warning that if the branches were not trimed, they could cause more damage by sticking into the roof. This proactive approach saved us from potential future expenses and problems. We are very grateful to have him as our property manager for 5 years. Kevin was a very responsive and patient realtor. Our house-hunting was quick and closing was pretty easy too. He followed up with us a few times after closing to make sure we were doing fine, which was very much appreciated.
