Dr Kim was great with my daughter. The almost shame on you for not getting here when we told you to was a little over-the-top. Miscommunication with scheduling was an issue but overall good place to go.
READ ENTIRELY, BAD AND GOOD EXPERIENCE!! I saw Dr. Rimaldi 1 yr ago. I was playing ball and I blew my acl and mcl and fractured my femur and tore both meniscus again. I'd had previous acl regraph and complete miniscotomy so he was the only one who would see me. I knew I needed surgery and was prepared for it,however, Doctor rimoldi was rude And nasty and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor. Big place but very efficient.
It was a wonderful experience for my husband. Georgie greeted us with “Hey you guys, great to see you!”, Dr Yu’s PA was wonderful and explained everything and Robert, the nurse, was so kind a empathetic while giving an injection in his hand, talking to him and putting him at ease. Every office should have employees like this office does
THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST PLACE IN VEGAS FOR ORTHO. THE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL. IT'S OUTRAGEOUS TO HAVE TO WAIT HOURS IN THE FRONT AND HOURS IN THE BACK TOO. WHY DO THEY ASK YOUR LEVEL OF PAIN IF THEY'RE NOT GOING TO CATER TO IT ? WHY DO ALL THE DOCTORS SUGGEST MRI'S BUT DON'T ADHERE TO WHAT'S THERE. VATER, HILLOCK AND RIMOLDI ARE THE WORST!!! THEY'RE QUICK TO ADDRESS YOUR ISSUE IN THE SHORT TERM WAY WITH ALL THOSE HARMFUL PESTICIDIC INJECTIONS BUT NOTHING TO HELP WITH PREVENTATIVE MEASURES!!! AWFUL PLACE...
Whatever they're paying Dr. Gary Morris over there at NOSC, it probably isn't enough. One of the more positive experiences I've had since I've been dealing with them, and it couldn't have come at a better time. Achilles tendinitis is no effing joke, and I'd been wrestling with it for days by the time I saw Dr. Morris. But I'm so satisfied with his care, that if and when I can finally get my knees replaced, I'm going to give careful consideration to calling him first for the procedure.
