Highly recommend Kevin Pedersen! He has represented us twice and helped us find the right home both times! He is very knowledgeable, patient, and organized! He kept us on timeline and reduced the stress of the process greatly! Would definitely use his services again in the future!
Kevin was great to work with. He helped me, (the executor), connect with folks to move the furniture out, get the condo cleaned, the carpet cleaned, and have new keys made. He kept me and the beneficiaries up to date on the real estate market and listened to their preferences. He offered advice but respected their opinions. He worked seamlessly with the owner’s financial advisor, lawyer, and escrow agent. The condo sold quickly. Couldn’t have been better!!
