I have been to various doctors over the years, but none compare to Dr. Gaffney. He is extremely thorough, precise, and informative. His compassion is evident. He is WORTH every minute of wait time. Highly recommend!!

Have always had to wait a long time. He spends very little time with you and isn't very personable.
Would not recommend Dr. Gaffney or any other doctors in that office. I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour on both visits that I went for and not able to see the doctor for the second visit as only the PA was available. He spent a total of a couple minutes with us in the first visit and did not even do the procedure as the assistant did.
His PA has no ideal what she is talking about. She gave me a rx and told me the wrong instructions.
I have been to Dr. gaffney's office several times. Each time I had to wait over an hour in the waiting room before I was taken back to be seen. I am not sure how much longer I am going to be seen there. My time is valuable too. Too many patients are scheduled at the same time. The staff is friendly. When the doctor arrives, he spends about two to five minutes and then sends in an assistant to do procedures. I found that his PA is extremely competent, and she actually spends time with the patient
Dr. Gaffney is sincerely the best Dermatologist we have in the Flint area. He is brilliant, exceptionally trained and educated, and is a very thorough doctor. He gives each patient his undivided attention, and investigates each patients needs completely. While I have seen people complain the wait time is long...you have to consider, his office works you in quickly in an emergency and he gives each patient his time and attention instead of rushing someone out the door. So just bring a book!
