I went to the emergency room and was told to go to L&D. I’m 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Dr. Hussey was the one who saw me and I can say it was the worst experience ever. He went straight to C-Section. He belittled me and tried to make me look/sound dumb. He has no type of bed side manner. As soon as he walked in the room he was rude. He did not listen to my concerns or anything. He told me I could leave since I declined the c section. Being a mother of several and counting I have NEVER had a Dr. tell me I was blessed until I met Dr. Hussey. That meant so much to me. Dr. Hussey was genuine, professional, and present…He acknowledged my husband right away; definitely a plus. Overall, Simply a great experience. I look forward to returning.
I was referred to him by CDH Emergency room for a f/u and I have to say this was one of the worst experiences I had with a provider. He came in the room and seem to be rushing. While I was asking questions regarding my diagnosis and the options I would have, he answered fast and did not provide any options but one … surgery. His tone and delivery in which he told me took me by surprise and had me in tears. Dr. Kevin Hussey is the best Dr. that I currently have. He is amazing! He cares for his patients and listens to them, while being relatable and understanding. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I have had him deliver all 3 of my children and had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Hussey.
Office staff is rude, receptionist pushy and impatient. Appointments were always on their time and as a full time working single mom it was hard to schedule. Hussey was rushed during appointments and impersonal. Saw them for 20 weeks and won’t again.
