It is a very nice and clean place I love this place! I've been getting my hair cut and colored here since I moved to the area a year and a half ago. It's a great place to go if you have straight hair - I'm not sure if I'd trust curly hair here, just because I know that can be difficult to manage. My hair is totally straight and has been colored for a long time, so I always get nervous to try new places for color updates. Good hair color salon When I moved back to Philly I was pretty apprehensive about re-finding a great salon, but kevin Hair salon is just about perfect. Consistently amazing color and cut. It's the only place where they understand what I want even better than I can explain it. I have never left unhappy, and this is rare for me. kevin does great work every single time, the receptionist is sweet (and even better - smart!), the music is good, and the whole place is just the perfect laid back vibe...

Great Asia salon I knew what I wanted walking in, and that was a good dye job. I even brought a hair-swatch so they could match it. In the past my description of "lighter, with little copper undertones" has resulted in at least 3 different salons and 3 different results. I just wanted a dye-job in a regular, work friendly chocolate color and that is EXACTLY what I got. THANK YOU, for once! Things at a salon work out the way you want?! Unheard of!

Great haircuts in Chinatown After moving to Philadelphia almost a year ago and trying a few different unsuccessful places, I am so glad to finally stop the search and officially call kevin's salon my new hair salon. I finally had a day off and remembered the great reviews on Yelp about kevin's salon and on a whim I called to see if they could get me in for a haircut. Sure enough the friendly staff could get me in within minutes, which was a star for me right away!

I am so happy I found kevin's salon Great salon! I've been going to kevin for over a year now and am always super pleased with he cuts and color. him listens and helps you figure out what is best for you. him's also just a lot of fun!

kevin is Amazing Over the last few years, I have gotten less than five haircuts because I am too proud of the mess I have grown out and after my favorite hair stylist moved to Hawaii and getting a hideous, old lady haircut somewhere in between, I became skeptical of all salons. Cynical. But then I moved to Philadelphia and, based upon glowing Yelp reviews, gave The Alley a call.

I am so happy! This place is amazing! I LOVE my haircut I LOVE this place. Seriously. They are very professional, reasonably priced and the haircut I got was simply amazing. Go see they, you won't be disappointed. I'll certainly be back
