I went for custom orthotics and had to listen to a speech about weight loss the entire time he made them. He obviously didn’t ask about my history of disordered eating. How do people still not know about the benefits of weight neutral patient care? Why would anyone return to a doctor who treats them like this. Also, the orthotics only offered minor improvement for $400.
I've been seeing Dr Kirby for 18 years. He's awesome, caring, and we'll informed. He knows more than any podiatrist I've ever seen. His staff rocks and can always accommodate me. You want the best? Dr Kirby is who you need to see.

My feet hurt for weeks after stressing them while installing a watering system on a slope. On the advice of my Kaiser doctor, I tried a super-feet orthotic, which gave me no relief. I was worried because I was going on vacation, and like to walk. My doctor then recommended Dr. Kirby. Dr. Kirby took moulds of my feet, evaluated my walking style, and created a custom orthotic. That was 10 years ago. I’ve had no problems since then, and recently ordered another. I highly recommend Dr. Kirby.

I have undergone two foot surgeries by Dr Kirby, in both instances I experienced no pain.
This Dr. has a poorly run Office. He is rude and has no compassion. Went to Dr.Kirby for PTTD in horrible pain. Recommended his custom orthotic as well as over the counter anti-inflammatory. I also brought medical records as well letting him know I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome mind you he commented that's no big deal. My daughter passed away from this disorder in 1996 due to an illiac artery rupture.
