Dr Schattner is the worst doctor we have ever seen. He was late (by more than an hour) for every appointment we have had. His nurse even admitted that he double books. He is rude and arrogant. I would never recommend him.
Overall, I'm very pleased with Dr. Schattner and staff. He performed hernia surgery back in Sept. of 2024. He's very concerned and thorough with his patients. The office staff is friendly and attentive to patients' needs. I would like to add that it's hard to get through to the office at times, and there's been days when I've had a concern and need assistance and I haven't heard back from the office. Rudest dentist’s office I have ever dealt with. He has no patience with little children and made my daughters fear of doctors worse. They refuse to work with you when scheduling a minor procedure that requires her to be put under because of her fear. If you don’t do it when they want, regardless of your work schedule, they will REFUSE to see you as a patient.
