What an amazing doctor. I can’t say enough nice things about him. He performed my gall bladder removal yesterday. I met him in the office. He reviewed my test results and discussed the procedure in a manner that was easy to understand. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He took my pain seriously. I felt heard which is so important in these situations. I highly recommend him
Dr Schattner is the worst doctor we have ever seen. He was late (by more than an hour) for every appointment we have had. His nurse even admitted that he double books. He is rude and arrogant. I would never recommend him.
Overall, I'm very pleased with Dr. Schattner and staff. He performed hernia surgery back in Sept. of 2024. He's very concerned and thorough with his patients. The office staff is friendly and attentive to patients' needs. I would like to add that it's hard to get through to the office at times, and there's been days when I've had a concern and need assistance and I haven't heard back from the office.
