I stopped by yesterday, looking for a crucifix for a very special woman...they didn't have one in stock, but spent the time to help me pick one out and then, worked their magic and were able to get in to the store today, so I can give it to her Saturday! Thank You!
My Dad used to repair watches for the Ketterman jewelry stores years ago. His name was Elwood Luttrell, he went to heaven July 13,1999.I hope some of you remember him.
I love this store! Ketterman's reset my wedding ring for me. They have a wonderful selection and a friendly and very knowledgeable staff. This has been my go-to jewelry and gift store since we moved here 12 years ago!
My engagement ring is from Kettermans. We had the best experience going in to pick out the setting. The lady helping up was extremely nice, she didn't try to upsell us but listened to what we wanted and needed. I get so many compliments and I absolutely love my ring. I cannot wait to go back for my grandmothers diamonds to be reset into the matching wedding band!!
We ordered my engagement ring through a jeweler based in CA. When it came in the mail, it was beautiful, but almost 2 sizes too big! Kettermans resized it for me at a VERY reasonable price. It came back looking and feeling fantastic. About two months later, I had knocked the stone loose, so I brought it back to Kettermans. I had no problem leaving it, but it was brought back to me after 5 minutes tightened up and back to its full glory! I wasn't even charged. Ketterman's was a huge help when my wedding band bent ... they kindly repaired it for free and made it as good as new. I was so grateful and will definitely be doing business with them again for sure!
