This jewelry store and the Ketterman family and all who work there are the absolute best. They will bend over backward to do whatever is needed . A true pleasure to go there. I can’t wait for the new store to open. Then I’m in big trouble. More to look at and probably add something to my collection.
Ketterman's is a wonderland of gift selections. The sales personnel are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Ketterman's makes me feel I am a valued customer. I love that they are local as well.
Everyone is so pleasant, polite and helpful! A wonderful shopping experience. Staff is very knowledgeable regarding all merchandise offered. Festive curtesy gift wrapping and jewelry polishing is a plus.
Absolutely delightful store. Much more than just jewelry. Love that it’s locally owned, and by a family that is still invested in the farming community of Loudoun. All the staff are helpful, and Mrs. Ketterman is a delight.
I have been using Ketterman's my entire life. I grew up with their store near my home in Vienna and now I love visiting the Leesburg location. The customer service is superb, they take amazing care of my jewelry when I need something fixed or cleaned and they also sell the most beautiful pieces of jewelry. I just picked up a ring today that Lizzie helped me create using diamonds from a ring that belonged to my mom. It is a timeless classic that I will treasure and wear forever.
I love Kettermans. They have shown me the Brighton way!! I love how they appreciate teachers. Every time I have gone in, they have been so friendly and helpful. Thank you!!
