Justin was a huge help today! My Mom, sister and I came in for a bracelet for me and a charm for my Mom. He was understanding and took great care of us. When I am in Leesburg again he will be my go to for Pandora!

So thrilled to have my wedding set fit me and look like the day we got married almost 20 years ago! We’ve stopped in for the awesome Pandora selection in the past, yet last week I finally brought my set for repairs. So professional! The work was detailed and done on-time and exactly as I asked. Highly recommend!
I went in to get my diamond studs repaired and the posts remade. They quoted me a week, but they finished them in two days! I am so happy with the way my little diamonds look now and super impressed with the quick turn around 😄
I recently took my engagement and wedding rings into Ketterman's for repair. It had been 15 plus years since any work had been done on my rings. I needed a new prong on my engagement ring. Kettermans did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop during every stage of the repair process. They also prepared new appraisals for my rings and everyone was done on time. I am very pleased with the work that was done and definitely recommend Ketterman Jewelers!
Was visiting from out of town and needed an emergency repair on a Saturday. Read the reviews of this business and decided they might be able to help me. The positive reviews were understated. Heather performed my repair like a surgeon, while Natalya and Malaney helped with my getting the earliest Christmas shopping that I’ve ever done while I waited. Everyone was great.
‘They’re a family owned, trustworthy, honest jewelry store for new purchases, repairs, and some wonderful gift items. Their new store is FABULOUS and GORGEOUS, it’s “real shiny”!!
