Twice in the last 5 months I got ripped off. After the first time I didn’t want to use Kettering health network but my doctor is with them so I didn’t have a choice. First time they charged me $1200 for 30 minutes physical therapy at there 725 location. Even my insurance rep was surprised with the charge. My out of pocket was $550. Second time X-ray my out of pocket was $545 I just don’t know why they over charge us and why they are allowed to do it. I’m thinking to change my doctor too.
It is the best hospital to get professional patient care.
They are great. Went there for some minor surgery and they were so helpful and just spoiled me rotten.
I broke my ankle on May 20th and had surgey the 21st. Overall, I spent 3 days in the hospital and I am so grateful that I was in the hands of the Greene Memorial Hospital Staff! From the doctors and nurses to the cleaning and cooking staff I was always impressed. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and considerate of my needs. I highly recommend that if you medical attention this is the place to go! 🌟
The staff, everyone from the nurses, to the cleaning team, to the people that deliver your food (which is very good), everyone is kind, compassionate, and treat you like you're very special. They make your hospital stay as pleasant as possible, felt almost like a vacation. :~)
My mom was in the intensive Care unit there for 11 days. My mom received excellent care from all the nurses and doctors. My sister and and I spent every night there,your housekeeping staff, the culinary ladies always took care of us every day. If there is some way we would like to recognize all your wonderful employees that feel more like our family now.
Will never take anyone there again
