MyChart not working. Dr. Does not allow the pharmacy to call for renewal of Rx that must be renewed monthly. And, Drs office will not take calls for prescriptions by patient. Maybe ER but that is exposure. Quality of service has taken a bad turn about 6 months ago. Hoping Premier is better. Sinking ship in my opinion.
