I have had nothing but bad experience with this organization! my husband had a blood clot in both legs and the Doctor never came to see him, never gave him any test results until my husband was being discharged on the 3rd day and I complained to the discharge doctor! 5 minutes later his sorry butt was up there! RecommendedI was in kettering hospital for 2 months, every person I came into contact with, genuinely appeared to be concerned about my well being, i cant speak highly enough for the 4floor in house rehab,I I know I’m leaving wonderful people out, but since going home I truly miss ralph tim christine, andrea, sarah, mar food was pretty good too, im probably one of the few people that left weighing more than I came in
SMH SMH SMH WE JUST LEAVING THE HOSPITAL AND MY WIFE WAS THE PATIENT. IT WAS HORRIBLE. NASTY ROOM. BLOOD NEEDLE ON THE FLOOR AND THEY CALLED HOUSE KEEPING AND THEY CLEANED HALF THE FLOOR! SMH. Nurse Ratched traumatized my child and then after providing ZERO medical care.....no testing, no medication, never saw a doctor, we are now being billed for several thousand dollars. There were no services rendered how can you bill for that? And then your “patient relations” lady won’t return phone calls.....this is why we only go to Premier Health Network. NEVER AGAIN!!!! #fraud #theft
absolutely! yes & yes. they are my idea of a family network working together. never met a rude or unconcerned person working there
They were all so rude in ICU even the security guard they had no sympathy and I never felt more unwelcome. It's been such a horrible experience and I'm vary disappointed in this place I had high hopes.
