Took my daughter here, against my better judgement bc I didn't feel like driving to Children's Again...they treated us like we were a bother!! They didn't run any test just said she had to let it take its course. Later that day when our Dr. Was open I took my kid...they assessed her properly & took time to see what was wrong. On top of the flu, turns out she had a Double Ear infection! ! Needed some more meds too!! So no, running its course wouldn't have happened. How did GMH miss that?? Bc they didn't even try!! Was having problems with my breathing turned out I had pneumonia fixed me right up gave me some medicine and now I feel great

Had a pleasant experience, despite the issue. My daughter cut her finger pretty badly. Got in & out in less than an hour. The PA was great, very nice. Would've given a 5 star if the registration was more personable. ( she was quick about checking us in & getting us seen though which was great.) Thank you for great care!

They are wonderful I live in Springfield and our hospital is the biggest joke of all times they treat everyone like Dope Heads when something is really wrong Green Memorial makes you feel like they care they actually care what's going on with you instead of shooting you with pain meds and sending you out the door every time I've been to Green Memorial I've been treated WONDERFUL I recommend this hospital to every one
