I was with 2 friends and we were on our way to south ridge mall. Because we were in the area, We were hoping to get our Kessler rings cleaned. We parked outside and called in, the woman said of course and stated it would take about 10 minutes. The woman who came to our car was very kind, mask on and tray in hand. Jennifer and Stephanie were so awesome and kind and just wonderful helping me to make the right decision! I know for a fact that I will be back at Kesslers for either repair or purchase a new wedding set! Thank you for having such wonderful staff! Went in two days ago with my soon to be brother in law to finalize picking a ring for my sister and Julie was over the top perfect. She was genuine, sweet, helpful but it wasn’t until we went in again yesterday with my sister that will make me come from Mi to WI any time I need new jewelry. I took my ring in today to the Greenfield store to get resized and Chris was a huge help in making me feel confident that my ring would be sized down appropriately and with the integrity of the band being first priority! I was proposed to yesterday and brought my ring in today at the appleton store to get sized where I was told I had to part with my brand new ring for 6-8 weeks because of my tiny fingers. We worked with Gina at the Germantown store! She was so amazing and helpful! There was a ring I’ve been looking at for the past year. They didn’t have it available at this store, but she showed me rings very similar. I just had my heart set on this particular ring, so she found it at the Appleton store and had it shipped to Germantown. We came a few weeks later to try it and and that was it, it was perfect.
