Wrong estimate, no apologies for THEIR error and delay in deposit return! We went to Kesslers several weeks ago to purchase an anniversary band. We worked with the manager of the store to create a custom band, of which we were very excited about. The $100 deposit was put down, an estimate of prices was given and we were told we would hear something in 2 weeks. 3 1/2 weeks later WE called Kesslers after not hearing anything. My fiancé and I had such a great experience with the service at Kesslers. We were able to find the perfect wedding set for myself and my fiancé got to design his own band. Super happy with how the jewelry turned out for us. We will forever go to Kesslers for jewelry going forward.

We purchased an engagement ring, within in the first 9 months the center diamond came loose. 6 months after that a diamond on the band fell out. We ordered the wedding band the wrong size was ordered and the put it on crooked. Now I know why they offer such a great warranty!!

I just visited Kesslers in Appleton for getting my ring resized. My baby was sleeping in the van, so she came out to my van in the rain to talk to me. She was so helpful and actually told me the reasons why I didn’t need to get it resized. She never once mentioned the rain and the wind and the cold. I think her name was Amy. And she was so helpful and a real trooper for standing outside today for me!
