I had my engagement ring resized, everyone was so helpful and pleasant, when I picked up my ring I got tears in my eyes, the ring was as beautiful as it was 40years ago when my late husband put it on my finger. Thank you Kesslers.

Kris from the Greenfield location was great to work with. I started the application on line then had to leave so I didn’t finish it. She called the next day to see if I was still interested and helped me finish the application. As we were talking I was approved so I had an idea of what I was working with. I found one ring she brought In from anther store. Decided it wasn’t what I wanted and she helped me find the ring I fell in love with. The whole process was fun and relaxing. Thank you Kris for a great experience.
Went in the other day to see if a family heirloom piece was really just costume jewelry or real. Everyone at the Germantown store was so great and even let our 3 year old take a look at an amazing 5 carat diamond & sent her home with a ring (plastic of course!). We will definitely be back to add to our collection. Just a wonderful experience!

Kesslers is amazing! They opened early to accommodate my time schedule and they resized my wife’s wedding ring from another store. They repaired some defects the ring had from the previous diamond dealer. The ring came back better then it has ever been!
Amber was wonderful and patient with us while trying to help me discover what I wanted in an engagement ring. And the people in service worked miracles in getting it put together and sized by Chistmas. All I can say THANK YOU.
